Avocado and Grapefruit Salad With Pink Grapefruit Vinaigrette
Ingredients
1/4 cup Pink Grapefruit Vinaigrette (see recipe)
2 ripe Haas avocados, sliced
3 ruby red grapefruit, peeled and separated into segments
1/2 lb. mixed salad greens
Instructions
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and serve at once.
