Lady Liberty Manhattan


2 Tbsp (1 oz.) Torani Puremade White Chocolate Sauce

2 Tbsp Whole Milk

3 Tbsp (1 ½ oz) Heavy Whipping Cream

1 cup (8oz) Ice cubes

4 Tbsp (2 oz.) Sweet Vermouth


For the Torani Cream
In a bowl, add the Torani White Chocolate Sauce , whole milk, and whipping cream. Using an electric hand blender, whip until thick but pourable. This cream should stay afloat the bourbon mixture.

For the Manhattan Coffee
Add 1 cup of ice cubes in a cocktail shaker or a tall glass; add bourbon and sweet vermouth. Shake or stir for 30 seconds. Add the cooled espresso in an 8-oz glass and strain the bourbon mixture into the glass. Gently pour the Torani cream on top of the Manhattan coffee and garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
