Sport builds confidence, courage, and leadership, empowering young women to challenge gender norms, pursue education and careers, and take on leadership roles in their communities and beyond.
Our programs are designed and delivered by East African leaders, ensuring they genuinely reflect local needs and build trust. This community-rooted approach, in partnership with schools, federations, and government bodies, drives lasting impact for girls and women.
