At Seacrest grounds in Ukunda-Diani, the DBA Coastal Academy has become more than just a training facility, it's a home to hundreds of young, aspiring athletes. 

For the past two years, we've watched this academy grow, not from the ground up, but from a foundation built by others. Our journey began with a powerful collaboration with the Southcoast Pirates, a partnership that has kept the dream alive for countless children. Together, we've nurtured a community where boys and girls can hone their skills, tangible and intangible.

Our dedicated team of eight coaches are the lifeblood of the academy. They don't just wait for the weekend; they bring the game directly to the players, visiting schools throughout the week to mentor and inspire. Then, on the weekends, the energy truly ignites at our remarkable grounds, where the hard work and passion of the week come together in full force.

The impact of the Coastal Academy echoes far beyond Diani. Our athletes are not just playing for fun; they are being developed for the next level. They are the future stars who feed directly into the DBA Africa's Futures Cup teams and the formidable Southcoast Pirates main side.

At DBA Africa, we believe in local leadership. Our management team, comprised of individuals from the very community we serve. They plan and execute every single event. From organizing thrilling festivals to competing in regional fixtures, they ensure the Coastal Academy is a beacon of pride for the entire region.
