Donate New and Used Sports Equipment
Do you have sports equipment, clothing or footwear that’s no longer in use? From worn-in running shoes and old team kits to school uniforms and balls, your donations can make a real difference. Our sports and youth development programmes rely on generous contributions of new and used items to support young athletes across Africa. Whether it’s a pair of boots or a full set of kit, every item finds a second home with junior and academy athletes who will use them with pride and purpose. We also welcome partnerships with sports clubs, schools, universities, national teams, and sports brands looking to contribute surplus gear or host donation drives.

DBA Africa currently run 7 rugby academies across 4 regions in Kenya, supporting over 850 young players. To expand on this reach and impact we need your support. With your help we can:
- Increase the number of athletes we serve.

- Facilitate tours abroad and East-African competitions.
- Unlock international and national scholarship opportunities.

Athletics Race Fund
The DBA Athletics Race Fund is here to support Kenyan athletes facing financial barriers to compete in races. Kenyan athletes, particularly in distance running, are among the world's best but often lack the financial resources to compete. Many athletes live off £100 a month, struggling with the costs of entry fees, travel, and other essentials, but still train up to 180km a week purely on determination and hope. This fund provides a lifeline by covering these expenses, enabling athletes to showcase their skills, catch the eyes of management and sponsors whilst reaching their potential and earning a living to support their families.

The DBA Africa Lacrosse Academy in Kampala, Uganda, currently supports over 80 young athletes, with a goal of reaching 200 by the end of 2026. Many of these players come from under-resourced communities with limited opportunities to play and learn. Through our weekend academy, we provide hope, life skills, and opportunity, but we can’t do it without your support. Your support helps cover:
- Weekly training
- Coaching and mentorship
- Tournaments and festivals
- Equipment
