INTRODUCTION

Kenyan schoolboy rugby players have very little international exposure unless they attend specific international schools or finish in the top three at the KSSSA games. This puts them at a significant disadvantage compared to players from other continents (excluding South Africa), who often benefit from structured training, travel, and competitive exposure with multiple Junior International age-grade teams long before playing their first U20 international match like the Kenya Chipu players.

Our Solution

From the Futures Cup, we select the top 23 boys and 15 girls from across Kenya to form elite squads. These players train together and compete against international opposition, exposing them to new playing styles and the life-changing experience of international travel and culture. The success of the 2025 tour has already secured multiple rugby scholarships for players both locally and abroad.

INTERNATIONAL TOUR

Following the success of our inaugural 2025 Boys Dream Team tour to Uganda, where athletes faced elite Kampala-based academies, we have seen firsthand how international travel accelerates growth through high-stakes technical testing and profound cultural exchange. By providing this exposure from an early age, we empower young individuals to build cross-border relationships, adapt to professional team setups, and learn how to be part of a team, ensuring they return home with the perspective and resilience needed to excel on the global stage.

NATIONAL TOUR

Our inaugural 2025 Girls Dream Team tour to the Kenyan Coast was a resounding success, as the squad navigated a tough round-robin tournament to emerge victorious while getting into elite play. Beyond the scoreboard, these tours serve as a vital engine for social equality, creating a high-visibility platform where players are scouted for scholarships and national team setups, while simultaneously generating professional employment opportunities for our dedicated coaches and support staff.
