Andrew Amonde is not just any Kenyan rugby player. He has been the captain of the Kenya national sevens team since 2012, playing in 85 tournaments, 358 games and scoring 64 tries.

KENYA’S LIONESSES MAKE SIGNIFICANT COMEBACK AND ARE BACK TO TRAINING

After the 7s Lionesses returned from the Tokyo Olympic Games in mid-August, seven of the Olympians , including our very own Grace Adhiambo, joined the Kenya 15s Lionesses team and travelled to Stellenbosch to compete against South Africa.

School Boy Wonder

Early July 2021, a TikTok video of a Kenyan schoolboy emerged as he was running alongside professional athletes gearing up for the Tokyo Olympics. On catching up with the elite group ahead, he casually removed his bag and moved it to the front and carried on.
